The large bunk room includes a queen sized futon bed.

Small bedroom (single bed, plus room for a port-a-cot if required).

Bedroom Seven
Sunroom - this separate area off the lounge provides great views over to Kapiti Island. Queen sized futon bed (actually the best bedroom views in the house).
